Who We Are, What We Do

Thousand Hills is a business, brand and retail consulting company. We develop strategies for and advise enterprises seeking to emerge, grow their business, re-make themselves or enter and build new markets in Singapore and the surrounding region. We are the Chins, Julie and Seng.

We regard brand development – ‘speaking’ for good initiatives, products and services - as a lifelong process that includes reputation management for sustained growth and success. We hold that establishing a winning and enduring presence is not only about great products and service, nor clever marketing plans, but rests on companies working as much for their people as their customers.

More About Us

We have a combined total of almost 50 years’ experience in our respective careers prior to forming Thousand Hills. We draw from a wide range of both separate and shared local and international experiences, in realms spanning the public and private sectors. We have worked closely with leadership to identify key objectives and strategise approaches that produce successful and sustainable outcomes. With our interdisciplinary background, we have facilitated translational work to effectively disseminate objectives and acculturate teams and organisations across staffing levels. Our competencies are in sizing up markets, understanding key features and variables in the operating environment, identifying comparative advantages that can be leveraged and aligning internal processes with external moves and messages.
